Owner, Bentley's Legacy
Thank you for your interest in Bentley's Legacy!!
I have been a lover of dogs my entire life and adopted my first boy named Bentley in 2013 when he was 9 months old.
He truly changed my life for the better as he showed me what true love is, the art of patience, and added a new zest to life. As an American Foxhound, he required land to roam and explore so we moved to a 56 acre horse farm in Shelburne where he could live the freeing life he deserved. Bentley's loving and caring personality inspired my husband and myself to start fostering, and in 2015 we joined the rescue world. Bentley always had a way to match any fosters needs and always aided in showing them the ropes in any new environment that they faced. To date, we have fostered 40 dogs ranging from puppies to seniors. We also adopted one amazing girl named Ivy through this journey as she is currently part of our pack of 3 at our home now residing in Vergennes.
In 2018, Bentley crossed the Rainbow Bridge just after his 6th Birthday, however, he still continues to inspire me to this day. This is where Bentley's Legacy came to life. A graduate of Animal Behavior College in Dog Obedience Training as well as My Dog Camp, I will be offering Dog Camp, Basic Obedience Training, and ECollar training services in and around Addison County, VT.
I cannot wait to meet your 4 legged family and have them become a part of our family here at Bentley's Legacy.
Thank you for your support and have yourselves a PAWsome day!!!!
